quality/bitrate

I can't see the quality/bitrate of a song a like to download. Just after the download I can see it on my PC. Now I've downloaded bitrate 128. I have to throw that away, because it's not CD-quality. Suggestions?

Gnutella protocol limitation

The original Gnutell protocol QueryHit message only tells you file name and size, when a search matches. There are "metadata" extensions planned. I wonder what clients support them? Not Xolox at least. I have the impression that they potentially break older clients.

Yes

Both BearShare and Gnotella provide metadata with MP3 results. XoloX can't interpet this extra data, so use one of those two clients now if looking for MP3's as any hits from those are useless in XoloX ATM.
