 It sounds like you set your max upload speed to 2 in your preferences. teh number of downloading and/or attempting segments you can have at one time is Upload Speed * 2. In my experience (albeit on a modem) upload speed per segment is not limited, though if all of your current segments are downloading from modem users, that isn't much of a plus.  |
