Hmmm...

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume just for fun that you're not a troll. Lets start off with some basics.

What version of XoloX are you using?

What Operating System are you using?

What are your system specifications? (specs)

What are you running at startup?

Any antivirus software?

Firewall? Firewall settings?

It sounds to me like you're running a pre-1.12 build of XoloX, and attempting to share a few hundred thousand directories and/or connecting to yourself and freezing.

Windows ME systray explorer zone alarm...thats at start up with 96%resources.
I have the newest version from there site which i downloaded yesterday.
1gig t-bird
512mb pc 100 ram
40gig ata / 100 7200rpm hdd
sblx-gamer
gf3 visiontek
What software, that you know of,does it conflict with?
Can i still have audiogalaxy on my system but not running?
What changes does it make in the registry?
when i click the start or the exe....it opens with tool tip and freezes my system.no other program has done this since i first got my system.Usually caused by software conflicts or drivers.
If ya can help id appreciate it as it sounds great.:)

Ok... from what I hear, Zonealarm has issues with XoloX... maybe it's the 20 outgoing connections it tries immediately to get connected, or the thousands of packets a second it gets from the network... try closing ZoneAlarm before running XoloX and see if it still eats your RAM.
