Unhappy Xolox and file locking

It seems that when I run Xolox, I cannot delete any files at all.... I get a 'File in use' message. As soon as I shut it down, it fixes this problem. The heck is that about?

You're trying to delete the files as XoloX is downloading them.

Actually, i couldn't delete anything off my drive. Not even files in My Documents. Wondering if it's my system or not... Win2k, SP2...

Also on other partitions, files could not be deleted.

Only when Xolox is shut down can files be deleted.

I noticed the same thing.
In my experience it just has to do with folders that Xolox is "using."
Meaning folders that Xolox is:
-sharing
-downloading to

I haven't had any problems with the actual files, but when it comes to folders or sub-folders that fall into the aforementioned categories, I can't:
-move
-delete
-rename
