![]() In future versions of Xolox, as it is intended for users with high speed connections, I would like the speed limit to be extended beyond 20k per second. Or even removed all together ? On Kazaa I can get speeds of upto 600k per sec, even on Limewire I can get 100k per sec. Also, it would be great if you had a "stop" button for the searches so as my other programs (IExplorer/Winamp etc) arent slowed down. Cool program though. |

While my cable modem is cable of more than that (maybe up to 300k/s) I assume the downloads are being limited by the other user's upload speed limits. Perhaps you were downloading a non-compressed file when you got 600k/s from Kazaa. If you download a text file you will see very inflated numbers compared to ZIP, MP3, AVI or MPG. |
