When did you get it?

Where did you get it from?

What version are you using?

What Operating System are you using?

Why must you use Alt-Ctrl-Del? (What's your problem?)

What other programs are you running at the same time?

Two weeks ago

Where did you get it from?
www.xolox.nl

What version are you using?
v1.12 xolox just locked up after I opened it to check the version (control/alt/delete) again.

What Operating System are you using?
ME

Why must you use Alt-Ctrl-Del? (What's your problem?)
I can be downloading files and happy as a clam....then all the numbers freeze up and I can't even click on any buttons like search etc. and I can't manually close or minimize the program. I just have to Control/alt/delete constantly. It will even lock up after it says "network ok" before I even get a chance to search.

What other programs are you running at the same time?
I have Zone Alarm Pro and Norton Antivirus 2001 running, I feel I should have some protection running but that is it.

Can you give me any suggestions? When It does work and it does once in a while I really do like it. Thanks

ZoneAlarm

ZoneAlarm is the devil. Try Xolox without it, and see if that's your problem.

Maybe Xolox is the Devil instead. ZoneAlarm gets along with every other program. I think Xolox needs to learn how to work with others..
