What does Xolox?

the 4 time i downloaded a 700 mb file, and after 99% it turned to
25%, so what downloaded Xolox the whole time. if it was bull**** then all other user that downloaded the partial file (xolox special!!) was loading **** too? This stinks :mad: :confused: :mad:
