I have been downloading the same file (500MB) for 4 days
now? I have a cable connection and I have only got over
10kb/s twice Usually My speed is .5 to 2kb/s I have turned up my Upload speed to 12kb/s Why can't I seem to get better speeds?
And here is the real TOPPER (why I'm post this message)
After four days of downloading, waiting.... I'm finally at 97%
well actually i'v been at 97% fou the last 14 hours I leave my
PC to get a late nate snack and when I return I almost broke my neck when I seen the progress percentage had changed back to 46%???????????????????????????????????????????????

What is up with this??????????


In short: 4 days 97% of 500MB file Magically go backward to 46%

HELP ME I LIKE THE PROGRAM STABLE AS HELL!
But that is VERY FRUSTRATING!
AND SO ARE THE SPEEDS I'M GETTING!

As far as your percentage dropping, I think it has something to do with dropped segments that were incorrectly downloaded through no fault of yours. I have also had that happen. As far as speed, I have DSL and my speed can vary from 1.1kb/s to 70kb/s

Set your speed to MAX, strangly MAX is at the top of the list of speeds ???
