Limit uploaders?

Is there a way to at least cut down on the amount of uploaders? I set MAX-speed in the prefs (no sense in being greedy, right), i begin to DL "Planet Of Apes". 13% completed and i already have 5 users hanging onto that file?

Some of them have better speeds than me (so they probably will get very dry soon

).. I'm dl:ing at 5.9, they have like 25-30 kb/s.

A couple less would be cool. I believe EVERYBODY must share, but this is ridiculous.
