slow dialup connection - big file : xolox rox
 

I kinda prefer using Limewire (I have a soft spot for Java) but I wanted an 87 Mb file, and I dial up at about 26,400 bps (don't ask) and with Xolox and some patience I was able to get it.
Have not been having a good experience with Limewire's newer versions. I think their network tiering penalizes slow connections to the extent that it is almost unusable for me.
