Upcoming changes in v1.12

File extension .ogg will be added. (http://vorbis.com)

No more threads per shared (sub)directory.

Used port will be configurable. default is 6346

Special configuration for slower slower users (20kb/s). Combined with real life system check during run-time.

Better finding initial host.
