My name is Scott. I'm from California, 30 mins or so east of San Fransisco. I've been a Lime user for over a year. After fixing a friends BIOS on his motherboard, I was lucky enough to get his copy of Limewire Pro Beta as a Thank You.

Iv'e never used Bearshare B4, but my sis used to. The Lime is my first Magical Music Maker. After Ripping anything I really loved off of all the houses CDs, I've supplemented my stash to the point I'm nearing 8,000 MP3s.

I'm pretty tech oriented & have built about 6-7 computers from scratch. I have a pretty large mix of games & software.

My 2 faves have to be MEDAL OF HONOR (freeze-tag mod) as far as gaming goes. For software, Adobe Photoshop CS2 is worth reformatting my computer for. Thank God I don't use the Trial version anymore.

I really only use Limewire for MP3s. I'm 46, so still trying to fill in the void between my High School listening days and now. The more I surf online, the more that 8,000 songs seems like just a drop of rain in the big ocean of audio bliss thats been out there since the caveman did his first drum solo on a log with a pair od T-Rex rib bones as drumsticks.

Heh. We've come a long way, thank god. I want it all, but as my friends have said to me, I'll never get to hear it all. Oh well,you can't have too many tunes. not with Hard Drive sizes these days.
