Hello, I am Zionmother. I am new to the Forum. So, please be patient with me.

I also purchased Limewire Pro. I had to do a complete Factory Restore. Now Limewire is not recognizing my e-mail address. I just purchased Pro less than 90 days ago. I am running Windows Vista home version. I am using Comcast Broadband.

Where did you buy Pro from? The only official site is Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent «

If you bought from the official site, you would have paid either $24.95 for 6 months worth or $34.95 for a year's worth. LimewireLLC will appear on your credit card as the vendor.
If you did buy from the official site & have saved your emails, you should have an email from LW with a link to your personal download page. If you didn't save the email, send a PM to limenathan limenathan (click on link)

If you paid some other scam site for Pro, then your email address wouldn't ever have been in the official database. And you won't be able to download a new version of Pro from the official site.

Hi birdy, sorry i am responding so late. yes i purchased Pro directly from www.limewire.com. They were running a special for $21.95. Remember i had to do a complete Factory Restore. I lost everything.

The reason I asked about saving emails was that I thought you might've backed up some data from time to time...some people do. Or you might've had an email account that saved your mail independent of your HDD (like gmail)

birdy, i misplaced my info on license and did not back up my data. Smart huh? I did message nathan. Thanks again. I have not had a reply yet.
