using most recent upgrade in pro and have an issue with firewall. very difficult to download most everything. where does one go to post ?? about this issue?:confused:

Is your LW connected properly? If it's not, go to this section: Connection Problems
Have a look at the stickies (in red) at the top of that section & see if anything helps. If you need to post there, just click on the 'new thread' button (top left).

If you're connected but still have download probs, go to this section: Download/Upload Problems

Don't forget to post your System details(click on link):)
