Thumbs down Dissapointed with my update

Good Evening Gnutella Network,I just upgraded my Limewire to Version 5.2.13, using a dsl connection, with Windows Vista operating system. Supposedly the newest version and im very frustrated to find out that when playing audio from the media player I cannot drag my cursor to the part of the song I want to listen to.You have to wait for the whole song to play and then you can put the cursor and rewind the song to a certain point but not fast forward it a feature that was available in the older version. Is there anyway I can downgrade again?? However on the side I downloaded this newer version because it comes with virus protection always a plus when your downloading from strangers,So my question is can you partially fast forward the music?? I believe not

You can't drag through LW's player, but if you click on a part of the play bar then you'll find that the song advances to that point. So it's pretty much the same as dragging to a point.

LW 5 will prevent you from downloading known spam & malware. That's not the same as total virus protection.
It just means that if LW recognises a file as being a nasty, you won't be able to complete the download.
It doesn't mean that you can download whatever you like & always be safe from malware.

You still need to be using a good AV/antimalware program, keep it updated & scan all files that you download before opening them. New infected files are appearing on the network all the time & it's still up to the user to take care with what they download
