Get real There must be another way to get us to pretend we have read all the legal rubbish that any sane person takes for granted but this is an American site and litigation is uppermost in their minds. Hoop duly jumped through - now let's get on. |

Oops! OK I deserve to get slapped down particularly as it is free. I do stand by the assertion that most of it is common sense. Usually I skim read all policies before signing up because sometimes there are totally unacceptable bits in them. This one is fine. 'I Accept' is hereby ticked. |

litigation is more of a British thing....c'mon, why do so many people file slander charges in the UK????? our site rules are to make sure you have no bleeding excuse when you break them and get punished for it...somebody's always saying "but I didn't know"...oh well, you should have learned to read...

Peerless When you said: Quote:
After all, you guys started the "No Win, No Fee" thing and we just imported it, and you also have lawyers that "Ambulance Chase", something we don't have over here (yet). Still, as we watch a lot of US TV over here we were bound to pick up and import other stuff. UK Bob PS. My favourite US TV programmes are morning repeats of "Frasier" and the evening screenings of "Judge Judy", the programmes are 3 years old by the time we get them. |
