 Download a song and play it, it sounds like the chipmunks !!! Hello...I am new to this and don't know what i did wrong. I am using limewire 5.57 and when i download a song and play it, it sounds like the chipmunks. How can i fix it?  |

| Greetings KyWildKat, Welcome to the Gnutella forums! Most likely, the song is a bad copy. Have you tried slowing down the playback? (GOM Player and VLC, both free, allow for variable-speed play). You should find tips and tricks to downloading music via the sticky threads on the first page of this forum (or use the Forum Jump on the bottom right of this page). | Why not download VLC player instead? It's probably the best free multimedia player for Windows. It supports most of the audio/video file formats out there and has all the codecs installed already. I used it for about 6 months and it has never crashed or had any bugs since that date. |
