Hi danscatgirl, and .

My thoughts would be to NEVER use Limwire as a torrent client.

I'll give you a few options that may work for you.

I personally use uTorrent, http://www.utorrent.com/ and another one to check out, would be Vuze: The most powerful bittorrent client in the world.

Both FREE

Hope this helps.

Greetings danscatgirl,

I use Vuze, though there doesn't seem to be very much difference between it and uTorrent (and both are free). Using LW limits your torrent downloading in a couple of ways.

I don't know what player you are using; most of us recommend either GOM Player or VLC Player; both are free, have very small footprints, and come with all necessary video CODECs (probably the cause of your playback problem).
