Default JDE 1.3 with Borland JBuilder, can it work?

I currently have Borland JBuilder 5 Personall installed on the machine I want to run LimeWire and it comes with the JDE 1.3.0. Do I absolutely need to download the 1.3.1 for LimeWire to run properly?

On another note, I easily installed it on an another system running JBuilder 6 (with JDE 1.3.1). Perhaps I should just upgrade.

Thanks

Well that's exactly what I did. I was wondering if anyone knew a workaround

Actually, is there any way to force the LimeWire installer to use the JDE in a specific directory, instead of searching your system?

Dunno about forcing the installer to use a specific one, but you can force limewire to use a specific one. Just make a shortcut that points to the one you want to use
