Error 1612- Installation source not available

I don't know what the matter is, but so far I've tried both windows d-load sites and tried reinstalling several times, but every time I try to install, I get a message saying, "Error: -1612 The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it." What do I do?
