Unable to create InstallDriver instance

When I try to run the Windows installer I get an error message during setup initialization Error 1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance.

I followed the instructions to change my DCOM permissions, but it still does not work.

What am I doing wrong?

go back to the download page and try the alternate Windows installer.
