Default Command Line Parameters

What the hell is this

Install Shield
Command Line parameters
/L language ID
/S Hide initialization dialog for silent mode use: /s
/v/qn
/v parameters to MsiExec.exe
/UA<url to InstMsiA.exe>
/UW<url to InstMsiW.exe>
/UM<url to msi package>

I have tried many many times to install again, to uninstall everything and reinstall limewire. And acting as though i were to install it again from limewire.exe and a screen comes up if i want to modufy, Fix, or remove and i have done everything.
And please help soon, AND explain it as if i were a 5 year old. I know enough to install something but not enough to understand this.

I also know that somebody else had a thread like this but there was a total lack of information and don't tell me to download from the alternate site i have done that too. I also have a fire wall.
