can't find cd_clint.dll

everytime I try to start Limewire it just goes straight to My Computer and I think it has something to do with when I installed Limewire I got the message can't find cd_clint.dll

cd_clint.dll

is in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM keep on pressing c unitl you
reach the file double click on it.

(if you haven't got the file ill send you it but ill need you to email
me if you need it?)
