opening limewire pro
 

i recently purchased and installed limewire pro. it required me to also download a java program which i did. both the limewire prodownload page and the associated java download page indicated the the downloads were successfully completed. Now when i try to open the limewire pro program i receive a message that "the javaw.exe file could not be located." The limewire pro program will not open.

Did you install java?

as i mentioned in my opening post i installed it and the java download page indicated that it was downloaded successfully.

well, then there should not be any problem locating the javaw.exe manually. Or doesn't your version of windows allow that? The javaw.exe is in somewhere the folder where you installed the Java Runtime Environment.
