misdirected lime shortcut & java errors

When I installed LimeWire, the shorcut on my desktop opens "My Computer" rather than the LW sharing program.

When installing the required Java2 1.3.1_04, I saw many error messages:

1. Isset_se error
2. windows scripting host error: No script engine for file exension .wsf
3. unable to locate system class: java/lang/object
4. error launching limewire args:
5. move data error-113 in windows\temp\PFT12d4~1\disk1\ data1.cab

I'm running WI*** and have a Pentium II with 6 gig free space on C: and 64 MB ram.
