Upgrading from 2.5.4 Pro to 2.5.5 Pro

Quick question....

I'm currently running 2.5.4 Pro, and would like to upgrade to 2.5.5 Pro.

I've downloaded the 2.5.5 Pro installer....
Do I need to uninstall 2.5.4 Pro before the install of 2.5.5 Pro?... or do I just install the new over the old?
