whats going to be done of this "bug"?

I did not pay for a "bug". What exactly is going to be done about this complication. I realize $9.50 is not a lot of money, but that amount can quickly escalate in a court of law. It is quite obvious that, after "limewire" accepted payment, I did not recieve what I was promised, in printed text.
