Want to do a FULL UNINSTALL but Limeshop won't go away

Okay, how can I do a full UNINSTALL? I thought I got rid of Limewire (free version) on my machine, but I still get these crap "Limeshop Preferences" options in Web pages when I right-click.

GET OUT OF MY MACHINE and TELL ME HOW please.

PS--nice touch making me register to get my own machine back! Way to go!
