Can't re-install after deleting

I had lime wire installed under windows 2000, then I tried to uninstall it through control panel add/remove progems. But it would not uninstall that way... So I just erased the directory manually.

Now I am trying to re-install is, but I get the error:

1647: Unable to create InstallDriver instance, Return code: -2147312566

What should I do to be able to install limewire basic again on my computer. Again, I am using windows 2000 if that is important.
