1607 error

I am currently runnding Win 2000 with sp3

When I run the LimeWire Pro Setup it the install shield wizard freezes after ISScript.Msi finishes downloading after a miniute or two I get the following error:

1607: Unable to install Installshield Scripting Runtime.

When I manually downloaded isscript and run it, I get another error message telling me that the installer service could not be accessed.

Please help.
