I recently downloaded the basic version of 2.9. I tried to install it, but half way through, I get an error 1714 message saying that my older version of the program cannot be uninstalled. I tried to uninstall it under the add/remove function under Windows 98SE, but it the program/s are not listed. I would appreciate any help on how to resolve this problem.
