MANY connections as an Ultrapeer

Connecting as an Ultrapeer to the latest version of LimeWire seems to involve making many, many connects at startup. I must have seen 16 connects at one point. I hope this is a good thing!

some posters connect up to 64, so don't worry. If this starts being trouble though, there is a "disable ultrapeer" checkbox in the speed options
