Computer SHUTS DOWN every 5 minutes

Since I installed Lime Wire, my PC shuts down every 5 minutes!

There's also an error saying: INSTALL C:\WINDOWS\Installer\561a508.msi

When I search for this file it says: incomplete file.
Where can I find this file?
