I purchased Limewire PRO and received a confirmation e-mail. Now I am not able to download the program. The message I get is "No matching records found. Did you enter the full email address?"

I have sent two e-mails and have not heard any reply.

Anyone know what possibly the problem is? I know the e-mail I am entering to access download is correct because I was
e-mailed confirming the purchase.

I looked up my paypal confirmation, and entered that email address in http://sales.limewire.com/cgi-bin/lookup_email.cgi

It worked.

We had large problems with our servers in the middle of the day today, due to the surge of people upgrading LimeWire. Please try looking up your address again.

Still not working.

Also, no response to my e-mails. Do I send another e-mail?
Do I ask for a refund? (dont give me the "no refund" policy...I did NOT get a product to begin with , Hehe)

Please advise...is this normal expectations or am I being unreasonable?
