 Purchased Limewire PRo I purchased Limewire PRO and received a confirmation e-mail. Now I am not able to download the program. The message I get is "No matching records found. Did you enter the full email address?" I have sent two e-mails and have not heard any reply. Anyone know what possibly the problem is? I know the e-mail I am entering to access download is correct because I was e-mailed confirming the purchase. Thanks!  |
