Cannot get connected.
 

I have paid and registered did everything that I could because of the firewall and still cannot get connected. Can you please just refund my money so I can stop worrying with this thing half the night. My arms are shaking I have worked with this thing most of the night and half the day and started again tonight.

This has been a bad experience.
