Serious Error ! Please Help
 

Hi

I hope guys can take time out of your schedule to assist me in this most serious matter.

O.S - Windows xp home
limewrie - Pro package vers 4.0 (fully paid , download version)

I will try to explain as best as possible. I purchased the Limewire Pro package. The program intailly connected without problems. However due to a system crash , I had to wipe my computer & reinstall all software

Here the problem begins....

after re-installing the limewire pro 4.0 package via limewires dedicated link, the program downloads & installs o.k, but then it simply stops /refuses to connect or be executed.

Whilst the system recognises the software & creates a shortcut desktop icon . when I try to execute the program to run i get nothing.

The program does not connect to broadband , nor does it allow me to access "limewires set up wizard" procedure

I've checked the firewall setting via macfee & that appears to be in order.

What is going wrong ?
why cant Limewire pro connect to my broadband ?

PLEASE HELP ! Lime wire have so far ignored all my preivous emails.

Did you reinstall the java also? There is a link to the recommended version at the bottom of your Pro page.
