installation wont work

i downloaded the newest version of limewire and when i click on LimeWireWin i get an error message saying "Error reading setup initialization file" and then its got a blank box and nothing else happens. i dont know what this mean, if anyone does please email me Graftnftbllwr25@aol.com or IM me at the screen name, thanks

i'm having the exact same problem but the link's instructions makes no sense to me. Can anyone help expain them or offer another solution?
