HELP!!! Uninstalling

This is really starting to make me mad!!

Everytime I try and get into LimeWire, my computer freezes so I need to uninstall it because it's slowing down my computer a lot! The problem is, I don't know how to uninstall it... I've tried the link LordOftherings gave but it still didn't work.. I need help !!!
