![]() I just answered this question for another peer. If using MS OS, 1) Do a manual SEARCH/EXPLORE for all LW files and folders. 2) Manually remove all LW files and folders. 3) Rename your LW Share folder temporarily if you need too. DL directly from LW the latest version. If you got it from another P2P or even off LW you may not actually have a good copy. After you have manually cleared all the old LW files/folders install a new copy of current LW. Sometimes using an app to remove its own older versions, or even Add/Remove Programs doesn't quite get everything. You might also consider defragging just before install. Best Of Luck |
