![]() I'm having trouble with Limewire, so I thought to myself, clean install. Fine. Look in Add/Remove Programs... hmm... that's funny, should be here, BUT IT'S NOT! There's no uninstall file either. So how do I remove it? All help is much appreciated |

![]() Thanks for the ideas. I'd already looked at the setup file as to if there was uninstall there, but unfortunately there isn't. I'm not keen on just deleting stuff, I've done it before and my registry is a mess with stuff that hasn't been uninstalled properly. But I'll do it and try and clean the registry a bit. Thanks guys |

![]() this is extrememly weird. i was having trouble with uninstalling another program, "web savings from ebates", and i got an uninstall from their customer services and removed it, and then all of a sudden, limewire appears on my Add/Remove Programs list! so the long and the short of it is, the problem has been resolved. thanks again Last edited by an_onyomous000; October 2nd, 2004 at 05:26 AM. |

![]() What I meant was try running the setup (as if you were going to install LW again) and see if there's an option to uninstall the software somewhere along the process.
