Can somebody help me!!Confused new user I wanted to get K-Lite installed. I went to a site that said it was K-Lite and when I signed up and downloaded programs it gave me Lime wire. Did I do something wrong? After I paid the fee it gave me a list of programs including limewire and I did not see K-lite listed. (this was through a K-Lite Website) I thought K-lite was a program all it's own. I have not started downloading from Limewire because I know nothing about the program. Is it completly safe and legal? and how is it legal because I don't see a disclaimer explaining why it is legal to down load from here? Am I in the wrong place if I want K-Lite or is it connected with Lime Wire? I am so confused on as to why I have this program instead of K-Lite. If this is the wrong place how do I get my Money back fromLime wire? I certainly don't want to get sued for using this program! Please Help Me!!! |
You've been watching too much RIAA TV. P2P programs are legal last time I checked. K-Lite is a seperate program, and on a seperate network. And I've heard that there are multiple K-Lite websites, sounds like a scam to me. Which one did you download from? But, that's okay, because God and Fate obviously brought you to the right program. I'd drop K-Lite, and all the problems it's network and prog brings, and just use LimeWire, or whatever other Gnutella client you like better. Gnutella network is the network LimeWire runs on, if you didn't already know. |
