How to Upgrade, when you've paid already

I had to re-format my hard drive and have downloaded LimeWire.
Some time ago, I paid for an upgrade. How do I get this upgraded version, again? I have written info@limewire.com and given them name, address, phone, etc. and asked them to help me. After 2 letters I still have had no response. Can someone help me Here? Thank ytou. David7908
