ok, heres the deal. i bought pro, and it sed to goto this website. so i did. it sed enter ur email. so i did. i new it was the right 1. and it was written write. however. when i entered it, it came up with:

Then you've made a mistake with the email address you registered with. Check your email. You should have received an email from LW after you originally became a pro user.

i did. i only bought it around 20 min ago. i used the exact email. i got an email 4rm them, telling me 2 go 2 the place. i entered in the email, then it sed

Ah Don't panic! I've seen this before. All your details need to be confirmed. I think the regular waiting time is 24 hours. Thus their database hasn't been fully updated until it can confirm all details. 24 hrs ain't too long. Patience is a virtue.

If you have any problems setting up your LW pro, please just ask we're happy to help (& we don't even get paid for it lol!)

Oh before you install LW, please make sure you have up to date Java: Java 1.4.2 (click on link)


Also do these things BEFORE installing LW: update your installshield install engine. & also when you choose the LW version, choose the 'english' installer.
