 Need Java2TM file to install? Has anyone come across this "Limewire needs Java 2TM Runtime Environment Standard Edition v. 1.3.1 to install?" And where do you get such a thing. Tried Google but kept getting some shareware file that didn't quite match. Thanks.  |

| Hi sam-ez, Java 1.3.1 is a reeeaalllly old one! If you're using a recent version of LW, try the latest Java 6 & use the JRE offline installer. Remove any old versions of Java before installing the new one  http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp When you install LW, make sure to use the offline installer (not the recommended one). |
