going from lw4.2.4 to pro 4.3.3 and getting error

I am using Windows XP and I had the old version on LW and I am trying to upgrae to pro and it is saying that the old version is still running. I shut it down using my task manager and it is not running anymore. It says that it may be running in my system tray. I am not a computer genius by no means, but where is my system tray?? I even tried to get it to work by unistalling the old version and restarting my computer, still nothing...Help!!!!

your system tray is in the lower right. It will have an icon of lime if LW is running. your start will be on the left side. If you have selected exit after tranfers in LW it will automaticly put it in the system tray then close after all transfers are complete. Other than that you will need to wait for an expert.

Highlight "MY COMPUTER"> right click>Search>left click.
Type LimeWire in the search pane>All Files and Folders>Search. Delete as necessary.
