Default linewire not in englis

I had limewire downloaded 4.4 worked fine for 2 days. My wireless cut out and everything stopped. Had to reload limewire totaly. Everytime I download it and install it it appears in dutch or some language. I have it on English but it always comes up something like Dutch. It also does not connect.

I am working on xp home, have 1g ram, a Linksys wireless A & G

Try Fixes for Limewire.

Als see this: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=30804 (but you'll need to restart LW for it to take effect!)

You have probably used that same menu to change language by error.

Note that Limewire will display, when you use that menu, a warning doalog inviting you to exit and restart Limewire to see effectively the new language. Normally, this message is displayed in the new selected language.

If you see that strange dialog, and changing language was not expected, don't exit Limewire immediately (or Limewiure will effectively restart with the new language). Just select again your language (you don't need to exit Limewire after the second dialog if you have just restored your existing language selection).

Note that supported languages for your system are always displayed in their native name. This will allow you to find your own language name more easily.

May be, this language menu should be somewhere easier to find, for example with a "world" icon button (or combo_box) showing the current language name, and when this button is clicked, it will display the list of languages to select a new one.
