hello i had to restore my pc after paying $18 and now it wont let me have it back with out paying agian i refuse to do that when i just paid for it a week ago i have email tsch support 2x now and still no reply i downloaded the free version and that didnt give it back to me like one of the forums said it might so if any one could help me it would be very welcome ty rachel

If you downlded the official LW Pro then you will have received an email from customer support with a link to your own personal downld page. You should have bookmarked that page. Regardless you should still have that email right? If not you can search HERE (click on link)

no i dont have that email i deleted it like a dumb butt but thanks for the link ty rachel
