LimeWire won't install "uninstall information"

Hi,
I recently downloaded LimeWire from limewire.com. When it had downloaded, I went to the LimeWire setup to install it. However, the setup gets stuck after only a few moments and says "LimeWire cannot create uninstall information. Installation will now exit."

:confused: ....does anyone know what to do?
