Please Wait Installing Java...

I just reformatted my computer and now have to reinstall everything. I have tried this at least 6 times and whenever i click to install limewire it starts going and gets to a part where another window pops and says, Please Wait Installing Java. This process goes and does nothing. I have left the computer for over 6 hours without it doing anything whatsoever. In details it says it is executing a file named jrestub.exe but cant do it for some reason. In details if i highlight the process it says toward the end Internet explorer = 0 firefox = 0 REBOOT = supress. If more info is needed to tell my how to fix this just ask. Thanks
